Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners – A Kelly Company is seeking seasoned Talent Advisors and Team Leads to strengthen the front end of recruiting for North America. You will build candidate pipelines, screen talent, and hand off to full-desk partners to sustain high-quality, timely placements.

Responsibilities include multi-channel outreach, rigorous candidate screening, pipeline management, and KPI achievement. Compensation includes a base salary in California ($70,304) plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in tech/IT roles.
• Strong sourcing channels and Boolean search proficiency.
• Experience coaching or leading a team of recruiters or sourcers.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels.
• Execute multi-channel outreach to prospective candidates.
• Phone screen candidates and share with full-desk teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS hygiene.
• Partner with full-desk teams for smooth handoffs.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and quality ratios.
• Research and share market trends.
• Analyze self-sourced candidate metrics.
• Lead training sessions and create materials.
• Participate in management meetings and cross-functional strategy.
