Motion Recruitment – A Kelly Company is hiring a full-desk Tech Recruiter in Los Angeles (Westwood). You will run your own desk, sourcing candidates and engaging with clients to fill openings while leveraging a dedicated local market team.

The role emphasizes a blend of recruiting and sales, with a path to commissions and an extensive training program offering 100+ courses. Expect a collaborative, energetic environment and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required; other professional business experience will be considered.
• Must share experiences of teamwork, leadership, problem solving and relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills; highly ambitious, hard-working and goal-driven.
• Comfort with developing leads, pitching opportunities to candidates, and acquiring new client relationships.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full desk, working with clients and candidates to fill roles.
• Target new candidates and clients using Motion’s market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts using proven sales practices and Motion’s brand reputation.
• Build relationships with customers leveraging the local market team’s expertise.
• Guide candidates and clients through sourcing to hiring using Motion’s placement guides and mentorship.
