You will support recruiters across regions, help build candidate pipelines for core technical roles, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while exploring interests in Product management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• High motivation to learn about recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commit to a 6-month full-time period.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin-speaking regions to define candidate profiles.
• Help develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for technical roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other communities.
• Refine sourcing processes to boost efficiency and candidate quality.
• Assist with talent acquisition projects such as virtual events and market intelligence reports.
