TikTok is hiring a Talent Acquisition Project Intern for 2026 start in San Jose. You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to attract top technical talent in a fast-paced environment, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a welcoming candidate experience from first contact.

You will contribute to short-term TA projects, gain hands-on experience, and learn to develop sourcing strategies across English and Mandarin-speaking regions. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in learning outreach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn about technical and non-technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring managers and recruiters across English and Mandarin-speaking regions to define candidate profiles and calibrate talent needs.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies to build pipelines of top technical talent.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
• Help refine sourcing processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
