Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Director to lead sales and client relationships in the staffing space. The role focuses on generating revenue, building client partnerships, and collaborating with recruiters to fulfill open job orders.

You will work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver initiatives, driving growth across locations and practices. Strong networking and IT community involvement are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5-8 years minimum technology sales or staffing experience required.
• Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, ad calls, skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices.
