You will source, screen, and place top IT talent with Fortune 500 clients, while guiding candidates through the hiring journey with coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs
- Develop strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates
- Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual)
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
- Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback
- Manage multiple activities daily and adapt to new challenges
- Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants
- Meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements
- Set personal and team goals with management
