Digital Prospectors is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support the growth of robotics, AI and ML teams. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML, robotics and software engineering in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Recent experience recruiting AI/ML, robotics, computer vision and software engineering roles.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive tech markets.
• Experience supporting venture-backed startups or rapidly growing tech firms.
• Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities and strategies.
• Source and recruit passive candidates across AI/ML, robotics, software engineering, and infra.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and Boolean searches.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess technical backgrounds, motivation and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and managers.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence and compensation trends.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Support improvements to recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage multiple high-priority requisitions with strong organization.
