Job summary

• Recent experience recruiting AI/ML, robotics, computer vision and software engineering roles.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive tech markets.
• Experience supporting venture-backed startups or rapidly growing tech firms.
• Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities and strategies.
• Source and recruit passive candidates across AI/ML, robotics, software engineering, and infra.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and Boolean searches.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess technical backgrounds, motivation and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and managers.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence and compensation trends.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Support improvements to recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage multiple high-priority requisitions with strong organization.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support the growth of teams developing next-generation robotics powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate has a strong track record recruiting AI, machine learning, robotics, and software engineering professionals in highly competitive markets.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, startup-oriented environments and can identify exceptional technical talent while partnering closely with engineering leadership to build high-performing teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and recruit passive candidates across AI/ML, robotics, computer vision, software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, and research.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess technical backgrounds, motivation, and overall alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate feedback.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Support improvements to recruiting processes, interview practices, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Significant recent experience recruiting for artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, robotics, computer vision, software engineering, and infrastructure or platform engineering roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in highly competitive technical markets.
• Experience supporting venture-backed startups or rapidly growing technology organizations.
• Strong Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing expertise.
• Experience partnering directly with Engineering Directors, Vice Presidents, and technical founders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting Research Scientists or Applied Scientists.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, perception, controls, reinforcement learning, or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or other modern ATS platforms.
