Job summary

DRUM Associates is seeking a Recruitment Associate to identify and attract the next generation of top technical talent in engineering, data, and security. You’ll engage with Fortune 100 clients and startups, building pipelines and applying data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and ZoomInfo.

You will conduct interviews and partner with leadership to understand evolving hiring needs, providing market insights on compensation and talent trends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional recruitment experience.
• Strong interest in technology, recruiting, or talent strategy.
• Ability to build relationships and align people.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit top talent across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Security.
• Build pipelines of high-impact candidates for Fortune 100 clients and fast-growing startups.
• Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, and more.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical potential and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with internal leadership and client stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
• Provide real-time market insights (talent trends, compensation, competition) to guide hiring strategy.
• Manage candidates throughout the full lifecycle, from first outreach through offer acceptance.
• Continuously refine search strategies to break into competitive and niche talent markets.
