Job summary

Oxford Corp seeks a Recruiter to support national client placements, sourcing and interviewing temporary consultants for national client sites. You will build a robust candidate database and work from a national recruiting center or local office. Expect high-volume calls and proactive networking to meet production goals.

The role involves screening, interviewing, references, and aligning candidates with client managers. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must.
• Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production objectives by making a high volume of cold calls.
• Source technical consultants to fill job listings and build a database.
• Attend networking events and user group meetings.
• Recruit, interview, and prequalify candidates relative to listings; present opportunities to candidates and clients.
• Negotiate bill and pay rates and educate consultants and clients on Oxford benefits and policies.
• Maintain and develop relationships with consultants on assignment and resolve issues.
• Input consultant information, contract history, market leads and communications into the database.
