Job summary

Oxford is seeking a Recruiter to support national client sites by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and hiring temporary consultants as independent contractors. The role may operate from a local office or a national recruiting center.

You will build a robust candidate database, conduct high-volume outreach, and coordinate with client managers to place qualified consultants at the right sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Creative, outgoing, energetic with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production objective by making a high volume of cold calls and taking a hands-on approach to recruiting.
• Source technical consultants with leading edge skills to fill job listings and build a database.
• Obtain referrals from consultants, user managers, and online sources.
• Attend networking events and user group meetings.
• Recruit, schedule and interview consultants to assess skills, availability, and compensation.
• Check references to verify information and obtain leads.
• Qualify job listings by working with client managers and account managers.
• Develop a fill strategy reflecting client needs and pass leads to client managers and consultants.
• Present job opportunities to candidates and prep for interviews; negotiate rates.
• Educate consultants and clients on Oxford benefits and policies.
• Ensure completion of all consultant paperwork and maintain relationships with active consultants.
• Input consultant data, contract history, and market leads into the database.
• Attend training meetings to develop recruiting skills and strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks and help improve traffic quality and quantity.
