Job summary

Fresh Consulting is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a Washington‑state based role. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, managing the process end‑to‑end and maintaining strong relationships with hiring teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, a solid understanding of dev environments, and proficiency with JazzHR and Microsoft/Google tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of finding, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Understanding of dev environments (frameworks/languages, frontend vs backend).
• Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Experience with complex databases or applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, proactive, fast-paced environment.
• Desire to take initiative and lead projects while delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, resume reviews, phones screens, onsite interviews.
• Drive the recruiting process from sourcing through hire and retention.
• Write job descriptions as needed and post/close requirements.
• Enter candidate data into the ATS (JazzHR).
• Assist with candidate onboarding and ongoing recruitment training.
• Support scheduling, organization and attendance of recruitment events.
