Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an entry-level Recruitment Consultant in the Dallas area. This full-desk, 360-degree sales role owns the entire cycle from prospecting to placement, focusing on permanent or contract staffing for cloud technology roles.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
