Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant for our New York City office. This full-desk, 360-degree sales role owns the full cycle from prospecting to placing top cloud-technology talent with high-value clients, in the Financial District on-site.

You’ll participate in a structured onboarding and ongoing development, with uncapped earnings, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), PTO, and a clear path to promotions as you demonstrate success.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Authorized to live and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and closing.
