You’ll place cloud-technology talent with high-value clients and contribute to a high-energy, win-focused team.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience is preferred; cold-calling experience is a strong plus.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships at every level of an organization.
• Resilience, drive, and a genuine hunger to keep improving.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop strategies to grow your client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor your search.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle — sourcing, screening, submitting candidates to clients, arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing.
