Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant for our Tampa office. You will own the full sales cycle, placing top cloud technology talent with high-value clients as a 360 sales professional.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience is preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Resilience and a strong drive to improve.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new client relationships through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and drive revenue.
• Run in-depth client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor searches.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
