Judi Health is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcing Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for our technology organization, building pipelines for software engineering, data science, ML, and product teams. You will partner with hiring managers to define profiles, drive outreach, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

The role emphasizes building pipelines from scratch, proven sourcing excellence, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup-like environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years as a full-cycle Technical Sourcing Recruiter or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
Startup experience preferred - ability to wear multiple hats.
Strong ability to build technical pipelines from scratch using sourcing tools.
Experience with Greenhouse is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across the technology org.
Build robust pipelines for software engineering, data science, ML, and product teams.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
Partner with technical leaders on job descriptions and hiring recommendations.
Track pipeline health metrics and recruiting performance.
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
