Kforce is seeking a Talent Manager in the Sandy, UT area to fuel growth by connecting great people to client opportunities. You will execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, screen candidates, and align them with roles while partnering with leadership to optimize internal hiring.

A blended coaching culture supports sales and recruiting teams. The role requires 5–8 years in staffing or related fields, strong CRM and negotiation skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years professional experience in staffing, corporate, recruiting or professional sales.
• Ability to develop customer relationship management, consultative and negotiation skills.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong internet research skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives.
• Submit candidates with salary recommendations and documentation.
• Coordinate interview and follow-up activities.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and salary negotiations.
• Facilitate offers, negotiations, and terms of employment.
• Ensure pre-employment steps and background checks are completed timely.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional diplomacy in all interactions.
