Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Utah Valley, UT to support both commercial and technical hiring initiatives for a growing global technology organization. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers across North America and Europe to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

Responsibilities include defining hiring strategies with managers, sourcing and engaging candidates, and driving offers while maintaining data integrity in the ATS.

• Experience recruiting across both business and technical functions.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience recruiting for GTM/business and technical positions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and talent market knowledge.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
• Excellent candidate engagement and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter who can ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
