Aquent Talent connects top technology professionals with leading financial services clients. We seek a seasoned technical recruiter who can identify, attract, and secure top talent, influence hiring managers, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will design sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and partner with HR and stakeholders to align on position requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter with strong technology recruiting knowledge.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and drive recruitment processes efficiently.
• Track record of increasing levels of responsibility in recruiting roles.
• Experience developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and capabilities across business verticals.
• Partner with stakeholders and HR to secure top talent for challenging roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, manage full lifecycle recruiting and lead intake meetings.
• Identify optimal sourcing channels and assess candidate quality and cultural fit.
