Aquent Talent connects top technology professionals with leading financial services clients. We seek a seasoned technical recruiter who can identify, attract, and secure top talent, influence hiring managers, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will design sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and partner with HR and stakeholders to align on position requirements.

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter with strong technology recruiting knowledge.

• Track record of increasing levels of responsibility in recruiting roles.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities to support various business verticals.
• Partner closely with stakeholders and Human Resources to secure top-tier talent for challenging-to-fill roles across all organizational levels.
• Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, and lead in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure clear alignment on position requirements, impact, and expectations, while offering valuable market insights and education.
• Identify optimal online sourcing channels, organize targeted industry outreach events to attract high-quality candidates, and meticulously assess candidate quality, skills, and cultural fit for various positions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong understanding of technology recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring managers and drive recruitment processes forward efficiently.
• A track record of increased levels of responsibility in previous recruiting roles.
• Extensive experience in developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
