Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience reviewing resumes and conducting first-round candidate screens.
• Sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of candidates and open positions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions is a plus.

• Provide light communication and coordination with hiring stakeholders during the early interview stages
• Support recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
• Help manage a large applicant pipeline and prioritize candidates based on hiring needs

This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys high-volume hiring, sourcing, candidate screening, and working across a variety of corporate and technical positions.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a busy Talent Acquisition team during a significant hiring surge. This role will support recruiting efforts across Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, with a particular focus on technical positions. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced with reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screens.

Key Details

• Employment Type: Temporary Contract — minimum 3 months, with potential for longer-term extension
• Compensation: $28-32/hr based on experience
• Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid
