Job summary

Qube Research & Technologies in New York is seeking a Technology Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for our North American technology teams. You will own the recruitment process from intake through offer, partnering with engineers, product and security leaders to build high-caliber teams.

You have 4+ years of tech recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple roles with data-driven insight. This role offers a competitive base salary and total compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong direct sourcing skills for passive talent.
• Experience recruiting across software, infra, platform, SRE, DevOps or security.
• Ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers.
• Strong candidate management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, delivery-focused with ownership and global teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with technology leaders and hiring managers to align on requirements and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality technical talent in North America.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market research, networking, and internal tools.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent QRT in the market.
• Use data and market intelligence to improve hiring strategies and collaborate with agencies when needed.
