Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and develop a high-performing TA team focused on technology recruiting. You will shape recruitment strategies, partner with HR and business leaders, and leverage data to drive decisions in a regulated financial services environment.

You will also advance workforce planning, influence geographies for critical tech talent, and mentor team members to grow their careers while delivering on business hiring objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially for technology talent across levels.
• 3+ years leading and developing TA teams responsible for technology recruiting.
• Knowledge of technology talent markets, skills and workforce dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Talent Advisors supporting Schwab’s technology organization.
• Shape and deliver recruiting and sourcing strategies for technology talent.
• Develop partnerships across the enterprise with HR, Partners and COEs.
