Qualifications

7 to 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in large corporate or retained search environments.
Ability to develop robust executive candidate slates from proactive sourcing and market research.
Experience designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies across Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.
Act as a trusted advisor with market insights and guidance through the hiring process.
Lead intake conversations to clarify role expectations, success outcomes, and hiring priorities.
Partner with interview teams to promote inclusive interviewing and consistent assessments.
