Job summary

Abby Care is seeking a Technology Talent Acquisition Partner in our SF Bay Area HQ to source, engage, and close top technical talent across Engineering, Product and Data. You will partner with leadership to understand profiles, articulate value, and win in a competitive market.

You'll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and help build a multi-channel sourcing engine, design rigorous assessments, and drive end-to-end offers with executive leadership in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (engineering, product, data).
• Experience sourcing and closing senior technical talent at Lead/Manager/Director level in SF Bay Area; Applied AI focus preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, stacks, architectures, and product development cycles.
• Ability to run 4–6+ active technical requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail; data-driven mindset.
• Ownership mindset; thrives in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Scale technical teams across Engineering, Product and Data while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and execute a multi-channel sourcing engine for top-tier technical candidates.
• Design rigorous technical assessments and evaluation frameworks to maintain high hiring standards.
• Advise leadership on headcount prioritization, equity dynamics, and closing tactics.
• Lead outbound storytelling and community engagement to attract talent.
• Partner with TA and executives to close critical hires with effective offer strategies.
