Job summary

Abby Care—a leading AI-native platform for family-led care—seeks a Senior Product Manager in San Francisco, CA. You will own the product experience for RN case managers, caregivers, and clinical operations, shaping AI-enabled care planning and clinical decision support.

You will partner with clinical leadership to improve care quality, outcomes, and efficiency, navigating regulatory environments while delivering scalable product experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong track record shipping AI-powered products (LLMs, generative AI, or intelligent automation).
• Demonstrated ownership of products end-to-end across web and mobile.
• Clear, structured communication and PRD authoring.
• Experience with healthcare, regulated environments, or fast-moving startups.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native clinical products focused on care plan personalization, assessment automation, and proactive interventions.
• Own end-to-end product execution from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate clinical workflows into intuitive product experiences with clinicians and caregivers.
• Collaborate with providers, payors, regulators, and clinical leaders on care-delivery models.
• Set high standards for product clarity and craft; mentor peers and drive cross-functional alignment.
