Job summary

Abby Care, a San Francisco-based health tech company, seeks a Staff Product Manager to set the standard for all AI-powered features. You will drive cross-surface AI consistency and work with leadership to redefine home-based care through rigorous, trustworthy AI.

You’ll partner with clinical, engineering, and applied AI teams to deliver high-autonomy initiatives, shaping how AI guides caregiver and clinician decisions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML products.
• Experience leading complex, high-impact AI initiatives at Staff/Lead PM level.
• Strong ability to evaluate technical trade-offs with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define evaluation standards for AI features across caregiver and clinician surfaces.
• Ensure cross-surface AI consistency in patient data and signals.
• Raise the bar for AI feature specs and evaluation criteria with other PMs.
• Partner with Applied AI leadership on architecture and post-launch iteration.
• Build for regulated, clinically-grounded truth with clinical/compliance input.
