Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an on-site technology support specialist to assist guests and team members with devices, networking, and end-user computing. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, replace devices when needed, and share productivity tips to enhance care delivery.

Experience with personal computers, operating systems, and Sanford standards is required, along with a valid driver's license. The role focuses on excellent customer service across departments and shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer related field preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required. Must maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers with knowledge, empathy, tech-savviness and happiness that provides an experience second to none.
• Duties to include: consistent interaction with our customers (team members, patients, families and other guests of Sanford), troubleshoot company owned and personal devices, replace company owned devices when necessary, and help customers with best practices and productivity tips.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service that goes above and beyond expectations of their audience.
• Ability to communicate across all generations, functions, settings, regions, and levels within the organization to meet the needs of customers.
• Position requires on-site support in multiple clinical and non-clinical departments and facilities including patient rooms, emergency department, and other patient care areas.
• Knowledge of configuration and maintenance of personal computers and related operating systems and applications.
• Must learn and maintain Sanford technology standards.
