Position requires on-site support in multiple clinical and non-clinical departments and facilities including patient rooms, emergency department, and other patient care areas.Technical knowledge includes support of technology devices or software packages that are unique to an individual or a department's needs, while also maintaining Sanford technology standards. Must learn and maintain specific hardware/software knowledge. Knowledge of the configuration and maintenance of personal computers and related operating systems and applications. Ability to work with multiple departments and facilities in providing necessary support and installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software standards.Demonstrated ability to problem solve and communicate. Must be knowledgeable in the latest mobile and end-user computing technologies. Assist in training and educating customers.
