• Keep Systems Running: maintain and upgrade computers, software, and hardware for local and remote users.
• Provide Tech Support & Training: troubleshoot issues and deliver clear technology training.
• Manage Technology Assets: purchase, inventory, and document repair history.
• Support Daily Operations: perform routine system checks and liaise between staff and management.
