United Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a Technology Systems Specialist in Marshall, MN to support and improve technology across the Transportation Department. You will maintain servers, networks, VPNs and VoIP, assist staff with issues, and train users on new tools and processes.

Be the Technology Backbone of Our Transportation Team! Do you love problem-solving, keeping systems running smoothly, and helping people succeed through technology? As a Technology Systems Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Transportation Department by managing and improving the technology systems that keep our operations moving.

What You’ll Do

• Move Technology Forward: Support technology projects from research and planning through implementation and deployment.
• Keep Systems Running: Maintain, repair, and upgrade computers, software, hardware, and operating systems for local and remote users.
• Provide Tech Support & Training: Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, and VoIP issues, and deliver clear, effective technology training.
• Manage Technology Assets: Purchase, inventory, and track equipment while documenting support and repair history.
• Support Daily Operations: Perform routine system checks and updates and serve as a key liaison between staff and management on technology needs.

Education and Experience

• Minimum: Associate degree in Computer Science with two (2) years of related IT experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Preferred: A+ Certification and other relevant industry certifications.
