Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a driven project manager to oversee contract administration and the implementation of complex technology systems on large-scale construction projects in the Fairfax, VA area. The role involves leadership of project teams, scheduling, and close coordination with owners, designers, and general contractors.

You will supervise across project lifecycles, maintain records, and drive early and on-time project delivery while adapting to site conditions and safety

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Industry certifications such as BICSI, ASIS, CTS preferred.
• 5–7 years construction management experience required.
• Experience on large-scale technology systems in commercial construction preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team; minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration, including change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Provide technical oversight and manage integration of all technology systems.
• Lead project team by scheduling and running meetings to keep on schedule.
• Offer administrative and technical leadership through the project lifecycle.
• Maintain records, monitor correspondence, supervise project close-out.
