Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large-scale projects is highly preferred.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports that outline project priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out, including turnover of manuals and warranties and final payment documents for subs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owner, engineering and design counterparts.
• Drive safety culture on the project site.
• Support acquisition of new work by participating in proposals and presentations.
• Recruit and retain top industry talent for Clark team
