TruStage is seeking an expert Business System Consultant to drive architecture design and solution delivery across multiple platforms. You will translate business needs into technical options, mentor staff, and lead initiatives with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires a BS in MIS or CS and 6+ years in IT, including recent work in architecture, application development, and cloud technologies. We offer a hybrid work model and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in MIS or CS or equivalent in related education and work experience.
• 6 1/2 years IT experience with the last 36 months as a Business System Consultant or equivalent.
• Experience across at least 4 of: application development lifecycle, modern design practices, MS development, web apps and cloud, CMFG architecture, service and API development (SOA).

Responsabilités

• Analyze and design expert-level solutions translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives and mentor staff on planning, roadmapping, estimating, and QA.
• Develop, test, implement, document and maintain high-quality business systems solutions across platforms.
• Build client knowledge and communicate effectively with management, development teams, IT, and clients.
• Share knowledge of best practices, train others in new skills, and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Own and respond to customer requests; perform root cause and impact analysis with teams.
