Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field preferred. Years of experience may be substituted for education.
- Apple Macintosh Technician Certification and/or Windows certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Customer satisfaction of technology users, problem determination/diagnosis and resolutions, call routing if necessary, logging, and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support hardware and software in a LAN/WAN environment.
