Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative experience with at least one OS upgrade requested.
• Experience servicing MAC and PC hardware requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to the DTS family (faculty, staff, students, alumni).
• Install, administrate, monitor, and triage technology products including Windows and Apple devices and Classroom AV.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and escalate unresolved issues.
• Train non-technical users to utilize technology effectively.
• Manage own projects and communicate with the IT team to resolve problems.
