• Installs PC servers, print drivers, scanners, etc.
• Interacts with the District network to install, configure and troubleshoot workstations.
• Maintains files and records for documentation and audit trails.
• Monitors the District's WAN status for availability of network files and devices.
• Trains personnel in general computer use and software applications.
• Troubleshoots user issues with workstations and servers for quick problem resolution.
