Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a High level Tech Support Rep in Scottsdale with Linux experience helpful. The role is hybrid with 1 day remote and 4 days in-office, based in Scottsdale, AZ. The position offers a $28/hour start, with potential for a contract-to-hire conversion and 1-month paid training.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across products, multi-channel customer support, and leveraging AI tools to resolve issues. Strong tenure and Salesforce/CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues across products and software.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively via chat, email, and phone.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, and MS Dynamics.
• Minimum tenure in recent roles (e.g., 15 months in last 3 roles).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; call center experience valued.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
