IPS Cash is seeking a hands-on IT/Tech Operations specialist to be the first line of support and a builder of AI-powered automations. You will handle tickets, access, Chromebook management, and security, while also shaping scalable automation to save time across departments.

You will work in Nashua, NH, with compensation in the 45k–50k range. This role includes W-2 employment and opportunities for growth as the tech stack expands, including marketing technology.

Qualifications

• Experience providing user support and resolving tech issues quickly.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration and user management.
• Ability to explain fixes in plain English and follow defined processes.
• Experience working with security tools and backups (e.g., LastPass).
• Comfort collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer tech requests fast and explain the fix in plain English.
• Keep Chromebooks, logins, and onboarding/offboarding running smoothly.
• Manage Salesforce users, dashboards, and reports.
• Protect the company with LastPass, security training, and backups.
• Work with vendors and keep the team informed during outages.
• Find repetitive work and automate it.
