IPS Cash is seeking a hands-on IT/Tech Operations specialist to be the first line of support and a builder of AI-powered automations. You will handle tickets, access, Chromebook management, and security, while also shaping scalable automation to save time across departments.

You will work in Nashua, NH, with compensation in the 45k–50k range. This role includes W-2 employment and opportunities for growth as the tech stack expands, including marketing technology.

Formación

• Experience providing user support and resolving tech issues quickly.

Half of your job is being the go-to for tickets, access, Chromebooks, and security, where a quick, friendly fix makes someone's whole day better. The other half is building: sitting in on meetings, spotting repetitive work, and creating AI-powered automations that give people their time back. Both halves matter, and we want someone who enjoys both.
