Job summary

IPS Cash is seeking a dependable IT/Operations specialist to be the go-to for tickets, access, Chromebooks, and security while also building AI-powered automations to save time across teams.

You will fix issues quickly, explain fixes in plain English, manage Salesforce users and dashboards, protect data with LastPass and backups, and automate repetitive tasks. This is a full-time role based in Nashua, NH with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to explain fixes clearly.
• Experience supporting Chromebooks, logins, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience managing Salesforce users, dashboards, and reports.
• Ability to build AI-powered automations (no-code/low-code).
