Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise, Idaho is seeking an IT Support Specialist to coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot employee IT issues across desktops, laptops, and network services. You will provide first-tier help desk support and escalate complex problems as needed.

You will assist new hires with setup, manage inventory, and contribute to SOPs and customer service guidelines, maintaining clear case updates and collaborating with IT and other teams.

Qualifications

Experience providing first-tier IT support and ticket handling.
Familiarity with device management platforms (Intune/JAMF) and AD basics.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly.
Experience with setting up new hires and IT equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide first-tier IT support to employees and resolve simple problems.
Respond to escalated issues promptly and document statuses.
Assist with hardware setup, inventory, and equipment deployment.
Support IT operations projects and contribute to SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain security practices.
