Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve Tier 2 help desk escalations via ticketing system.
• Follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Install and configure hardware and software for new employee onboarding.
• Provide support for PCs, phones, and mobile devices on campus.
• Manage and monitor internal IT assets to maintain inventory records.
• Troubleshoot issues related to computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Assist with billing, leasing, ordering, and evaluating new equipment.
• Perform other duties to support the IT team.
