- Requirement: This position requires the consultant to be 100% ONSITE in the office for the first three (3) months. Following the initial three months, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days/week in-office) based on operational needs.

I. Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a member of the Technical Services Support Team, this position works closely with the Security Team, Network Team, Application Teams/Developers, Business Areas, and End-Users. The primary responsibility is providing client endpoint support for laptops, tablets, and mobile phones in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive desktop, laptop, and mobile device troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
- Utilize SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory (AD) Group Policies to keep devices updated, distribute software, and apply security controls to end-point devices.
- Support Office 365 productivity applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, including video, meetings, collaboration support, and conference room setup.
- Create and deploy PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation purposes.
- Compose clear, well-formatted technical documentation for end-users and internal technical support teams.
II. Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Required Experience:
- 1-2 Years: Troubleshooting and maintenance of Technical Support, End-Point Device Support, & Management.
- 1+ Years: Client endpoint support for laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- 1+ Years: Creating PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation.
- 1+ Years: Microsoft Teams video, meetings, and collaboration support.
- 1+ Years: Office 365 productivity application support.
- 1+ Years: Troubleshooting desktop/laptop/mobile device issues (hardware and software).
- 1+ Years: Utilizing SCCM, Intune, & AD Group Policies to keep devices updated, distribute software, & apply security controls.
- Expert Level: Composing clear, well-formatted technical documentation for end-users and technical support teams.
- Expert Level: Providing Microsoft Windows OS support in an enterprise environment.
- Expert Level: SCCM and MDM to manage Windows, iOS, and Android end-user devices.
