Job summary

Collegium Charter School in Exton, PA is seeking a Systems & Technology Support Specialist (Level 2) to ensure seamless technology operations across K-12. You will handle end-user support, hardware/software maintenance, and drive software integration projects to maximize efficiency.

You will collaborate with School staff, administer data validation, and support PowerSchool SIS integration while maintaining system security and compliance. AV setup and diverse IT duties are included in the role.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technology, education, curriculum, or equivalent experience in a hardware/software role.
• Experience with educational software and classroom technology.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac environments; familiarity with iOS is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily help desk support for students, parents, and staff; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain classroom desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, and projectors.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with third-party vendors.
• Perform Active Directory password resets and manage technology inventory.
• Assist with setup of audio/visual equipment for school events.
• Lead planning, design, and deployment of software integration projects across campus.
• Collaborate with PowerSchool SIS and Network Administrator to ensure SIS integration with programs.
• Roster, develop, and manage online processes and accounts with various departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve school processes through software integration while minimizing disruption.
• Administer data validation routines and coordinate reconciliation of data anomalies.
• Maintain knowledge of school systems, data compliance, and best practices.
• Work with IT staff to create training materials and promote professional conduct.
