The role partners with the Head of Technology to align business objectives with technology investments, drive modernization, and deliver measurable enterprise-wide outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and governance.
• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, architecture, product, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead technology organization operating rhythm, governance, and workforce planning.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Monitor delivery, risks, and portfolio health for executive leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders.
