CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Technology Strategy and Program Governance to shape the multi-year technology vision and drive governance across Meritain Health and payer solutions within the CVS Health ecosystem. You will align business objectives with technology investments, oversee governance, and enable measurable enterprise-wide outcomes through executive collaboration.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise technology strategy and organizational planning.
10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, and governance processes.
8+ years creating executive presentations and board materials.
5+ years collaborating across engineering, product, and operations to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Lead the operating rhythm of the technology organization including planning and governance.
Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital planning, financial management, and strategic initiatives.
Drive accountability by monitoring delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR and stakeholders to enhance transformation outcomes.
