Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy and transformation.
- 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives.
- 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, financial planning, governance, delivery performance, and risk management.
- 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
- 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, product management, and technology operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the multi-year technology strategy, executive roadmap, and investment priorities with actionable plans and board-ready briefings.
- Lead the operating rhythm of the technology organization including planning, governance, and executive forums.
- Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital planning, financial management, and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive accountability across strategic programs by monitoring delivery, risks, dependencies, and portfolio health with executive transparency.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to improve transformation outcomes.
