Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy and executive roadmap.
• Lead operating rhythm: planning, governance, reviews, workforce planning, executive forums.
• Oversee portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Drive accountability with delivery performance, risks, and portfolio health.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR, and stakeholders to drive transformation.
